600 Articles Needed - Self Improvement - $ 300 $ Budget III

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
I need 600(six hundred) unique articles in the self improvement niche.
The articles are short, only 400 words each.
I will provide the keywords for the articles.
I will need the articles to be delivered within 30 days.
The articles are very easy to write. The format of the articles is: "10 tips to...", so you'll be listing ten tips to achieve something and writing literally ONE sentence about each one of the tips.
Super easy.
When you write a sentence about each tip, and put in a short intro you'll already reach 400 words.
I am attaching an example of what I need to this post. Please download it and read through.
The articles will have to be informative and / or entertaining.
All of the articles have to be error free and unique.
I will escrow $ 50 at first and after I get the first batch of articles, I'll escrow more. I will release all of the escrow ($ 300) when the project is completed.
If the work is good, I'll order 800 more articles.
