Self-Service Print Kiosk
Required knowledge: Windows, Windows Mobile
I want a windows based application that will meet the requirement described below:
I have a kiosk that has the following hardware:
1. Intel Based desktop with windows OS (XP, Vista, Windows 7)
2. Coin acceptor
3. Card reader (Chip and pin cared reader)
4. Colour laser printer
5. Wi-Fi
6. Touch screen
I want somebody with a laptop (or USB flash drive) to be able to connect to the kiosk print station via Wi-Fi.
The application should be able to ask the user the following questions:
a) where are you printing from - USB drive, Laptop, PDA, Mobile phone)
b) how many pages are you printing? - 1,2,3,
c) Are you printing black & white or coloured?
The app should then display the customer's bill and display payment options
- Credit/debit card
- Coin
When the user selects a payment method, payment is made and the user is allowed to print
The print kiosk has a touch screen. No keyboard or mouse
Preferably, this application should be web based. The user on a laptop may have to type a URL once on the kiosk's network, submit the print job and go through the process described above,

I want a printing website exactly matching vista print. The only difference will be adding flash features exactly matching wix.com in the "create your own website" section on the vista print site. Can anyone help? May have tried, yet no-one can deliver.

want to eventually add more user features over time (customizeable print product templates, interactive web-based business card designer), but that is not an immediate concern. Our immediate concern is getting our current site replaced and updated as soon as possible.
Also, we are planning on generating all of the copy and content for our selected designer, so please do not include additional $ $ calculations for time involved in copy creation.

nd we need to print three copies of these invoices - 1 in white, 1 in pink, and 1 in blue.
This means we have to click 'file' then 'print' three different times. We've set up the different trays as three different printers to reduce time, however it still takes a lot of time.
We'd like an application designed, where we can select the PDF invoice, click print and it AUTOMATICALLY prints to all trays.

The user should register every year. So when he will register next year he will go to the form and by typing his name all the information that he has put before will be shown, with a possibility to make some changes.

We have jpgs of the artists, and rights to the trailers, but you would have to call and API to get them out of the repository. (I suppose we could create a directory and you get all your information from the directory).

The design should invoke book/print feel, but I don't want the design image-heavy - I prefer something light and clear.
TEMPLATE 2
The front page - text-based sitename/address and a "table of contents" below. The table of contents should also resemble the book design somewhat. The pages/topics will be divided into 2-3 chapters.
If you have experience in doing light/clear designs, that would be preferred.
