Php Oscommerce Expert Needed

I have a fully functioning Oscommerce site whose server has just been upgraded to PHP5.2.4. The site uses sts templates and header tags controller.
The site is working but is responding with a 500 server error to search engines. This is an invisible error to customers.
If I remove the sts templates and header tags the header returns an ok 200 code
This is a very urgent job. I cant risk losing my Google ranking. The job needs to happen very fast.
