Access Excel Programming
Required knowledge: MS Access
This project contains three parts:
1. Import files into a new table in an existing Access mdb file (2003)
See attached file named: Programming-access-import-032109-Only.txt
2. Make changes to existing Access formulas as described in: Programming-access-import-032109-Only.txt
3. Export the data contain in various tables into an excel spreadsheet (2003) as defined in attached file: Programming job spec to create Exsilon worksheet.txt

The programmer will be selected based on:
1. Ability to communicate by voice & chat via skype & hours of availability.
2. Speed of completion of project. I expect you to complete the job within the time frame you state. If the project is delayed for any reason except caused by me, then the project is subject to full cancellation.
3. Your history and rating - I will consider those with few ratings if they communicate well and demonstrate they understand the project.

Van Driver Trip Sheet/res.tal cost. Each section should have date, van #, driver, and destination.I will be operating May - September. I would also like it to generate weekly, monthly, and YTD totals of income. Not knowing too much about excel programming, this should'nt be too tough. I can fill in destinations, van #, and driver. Basically, a dated section for each van in the morning and each van in the afternoon for May - Sept. Each section should double as a reservation and print out driver trip sheet. |

MS Windows Remote Desktop Experted to transport the databases out of the system.You will have to consider also how to restrict the users from copying data of the screen or using copy-paste to transport the data off the server.
